Appointment Scheduling

To ensure that times are available to accommodate your preferred appointment, please schedule with as much advance notice as possible.


Cancellation Policy

24 hours notice is required to cancel/reschedule any appointment. If a client is a no-show, a charge of 50% will be applied to a credit card on the first missed session. If a second no-show happens, 100% of the booked service will be charged. However, if the appointment time can be booked by another client, then no charges will be incurred.



Full payment is due at time of service by check, cash or credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express) unless payment is made with a gift certificate.  

**Gratuities are never included in the price of any service and are at the client's discretion.


First Visit/Arrival

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This allows time to fill out a brief health intake form and to enjoy the environment for the first time without feeling rushed. 


Age Requirement

Any children under the age of 18 can receive services, but ONLY if they are accompanied by a parent or guardian during treatment and who also remain in the treatment area at ALL times.


Health Considerations

Please inform us at the time of scheduling of any health conditions, such as infections, colds, flu, recent surgery, broken bones, sprains, allergies, etc.  Some services may not be appropriate for certain conditions. The safety and protection of each client is always priority #1.
